Here's some of my favorite products, a mix of drugstore and high-end cosmetics!
1. Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse. Mine is in "Nude Beige".
I love this foundation because the finish is super-natural looking, both in pictures and real life. Since it's so light, it's easy to build but doesn't wind up looking heavy. Love it!
2. E.L.F. Mineral Blemish Powder.
I love this powder because not only does it help to put the finishing touch on concealing a breakout, but it contains sulfur and tea tree oil, both of which are natural acne remedies, so it actually helps to clear up the zit! It's translucent too, so it should work on every skin tone. Though it's a little bit pricy for ELF products at $6 (I think), it's still a bargain for what it does!
3. MAC Cream Color Base in "Shell"
This is a perfect peachy-pink highlight color for just about every skin tone. It's shimmery without looking glittery, and it gives just enough color to make you look real, not like a doll. Though it's more expensive, if I had to buy any one MAC product, this would be it. (Seriously!)
4. ELF eyelid primer.
Seriously? This is $1 at Target or online, at least try it once! It's liquid without being too watery, and definitely helps eyeshadows stay put all day long without creasing. For such an inexpensive product, it is phenomenal. Seriously, just try it.
5. Covergirl Liquiline Blast Eyeliners in black and dark brown.
These pencils are amazing. They're like kohl liners, except that they last way longer. The swatch photo was taken after an aggressive hand-washing, and they are still perfectly intact. They draw on completely smooth, so no tearing and tugging at the delicate eye area, all the while perfectly defining the eye to your liking.
6. Maybelline Dream Mousse Shadow in "Pink Halo".

7.MAC Satin Taupe Eyeshadow
This eyeshadow looks amazing on every. single. person., at least those whom I've tried it on! It's the perfect purply-brown, and when you pair it with purple shadow or liner, it seriously comes to life. It makes every eye color pop, and can look natural or not, depending on how you wear it and how many layers you apply. Definitely worth the splurge!!
8. MAC Carbon Eyeshadow
This shadow is actually much darker than it appears in the picture. Though not a true black, it is a very, very dark grey, which I find to be much softer than black would be. I love to use it on top of liquid eyeliner to lock in the color and also soften the look a bit. Again, worth the splurge for me!
9. MAC Lipstick in "Viva Glam II"
This lipstick makes for a fantastic nude mouth, as it's nude enough to be neutral, but pink enough so that you don't look dead. It has the classic MAC vanilla scent, and glides onto lips like butter. The color is long lasting, too, getting about 4 hours of wear time on my lips.
10. Covergirl Lipslicks in "Clear"
Like a balm that deposits shine, this baby glides on like butter! I love that it's clear and glassy, but not sticky or thick. It's perfect for on-the-go touch-ups because you don't need a mirror for it!
